Shipping Policies

Shipping fees not included, you will be prompted to choose the type of delivery that you want at the time of completing the purchase. marcottesports is not responsible for products once the company has taken delivery possession. You will become houseowner your order at this time. If the order must be delivered outside Canada, you must assume the costs related to customs clearance and any other fees that may be linked to export a product from Canada. marcottesports doing business with Canada Post for all shipments. You are therefore required to comply with the policies of Canada Post to all that relates to delivery. You can also take possession of a command directly in stores. Simply select this option when choosing the type of delivery and to print a copy of the invoice you will need when you present yourself in the store.
Return and Exchange
The buyer has 14 days after receipt of purchase to return the product. All products must be returned in their original box in new condition with the packaging manufacturer and the barcode still on the product. You must contact us so that we can authorize your return before you send it to us. marcottesports reserves the right to refuse any returns not meeting these specifications. Returns can be made in store or by mail. However, for return by mail, the customer response is fresh back from his order, unless the return occurs after an error marcottesports.
