With the V-Feel 4, Volkl updates the V-Sense 4 with some incremental tweaks to the racket's layup and dampening system. Like the previous generation, this racket sports a 105in² head, which is more forgiving than a standard midplus racquet. It comes with an extended 27.6" length to enable you to attack the ball with greater power. It also has a very low swingweight (305 RDC) for its length, which definitely comes in handy when scrambling on defense or executing shots on the run. New to this racket is V-Feel Technology, which is anchored by V-Cell, a light and strong cellulose material added to the layup for improved feel and responsiveness. Other V-Feel technologies include updates to the VSENSOR handle, which has been redesigned with an advanced material technology called REVA for greater shock absorption. Volkl also updates its butt cap with a silicone polymer for increased dampening and greater resistance to movement (and premature breakage). From the baseline the V-Feel 4 comes around extremely fast to deliver impressive precision for a 105in² head. The extended length enables aggressive players to take huge cuts at the ball, giving this racket plenty of power and spin-potential. The extra length also delivers big pop on overheads and serves, making this a great option for the doubles player.
